Use the gym equipment at your own risk

Please sanitize equipment after used, re rack the weights you used, if deadlifting please use the bumper plates alone with the rubber tiles and don't not slam the weights, anyone who try to get in the gym, for your safety and privacy please don't open the door for anyone, do not let anyone tailgate you. Please minimize long phone conversations inside the gym or take calls outside the gym. People inside the gym will get annoyed.

Cameras rolling 24/7. Any damage to equipment or premises will be a $500 fine to your card on file.
