Insurace benefit program with Clearwater Baeach Fitness

Tivity Health , active and fit , and renew active members only.

-   Must be local residents.

-  Must show proof of local residency.

-  Must visit the gym for a minimum of 10 visits per month.

-  Required by Clearwater Beach Fitness to keep credit card on file in case of any damage made by the insured member,   $10 per month for the 24/7 and $30 yearly maintenance fee.

-  Not showing 10 visits per month your gym access will be revoked.

- Any damage to perimeter and gym equipment will be the responsibility of the insured member.  

Insurance company does not cover the gym upgrades, maintenance of the equipment or any improvement in the gym. Only visit the gym to use the equipment.
